Improvements

• Restrict the start date of a permit to minimum today or in the future. No longer able to set a date in the past. (#1433)

• Added completed questions and answers to course certificates (#1333)

• When a work order is in "LIVE" stage, the "Complete" button is now green (#1422)

• Ability to run a report on expected visits and export to CSV (#1440)

• when importing people, ability to choose token type i.e. RFID, Barcode and specify whether it's a quick check-in type token (#1186)
